I may not be the right person to be discussing this, but let’s go.

I read somewhere that Indians tend to be less creative as we come from a conditioning of listening to elders and I couldn’t disagree. Even though creativity strives in constraints too and we have Jugaad as a shiny example for the same, somehow for the need to be liked and not misunderstood we often just produce good work, not great.

Non mediocre work requires audacity, from all members of the team and the audacity to fail too, if we don’t have that we would find ourselves leaning to references.

I wish in life and in work we have more audacity to fail, explore, be hated and live without fear and replace that with the joy of exploration for oneself.
