Overview
All of us feel the spectrum of emotions, fleetingly or profoundly. I wanted to characterise and embody some of the emotions, especially the unhappier ones because they give rise to the positive ones.
These characters don’t just represent struggles—they also symbolize resilience, and the capacity to grow, and heal. It’s a chance to see our emotions up close with kindness💝
Approach
Feelings often take up space and are very stark. I wanted to bring that through by using really sharp colours, potent and even disturbing at places. Sometimes you become your feelings which is why the characters are shaped as alphabet and the feeling itself.
